EN ISO 9001 lays out the minimum requirements made of a quality management system (QM system) that an organisation needs to satisfy in order to supply products and services that meet both customer expectations and official specifications.

The stringent requirements made by our customers determine the value of our services. We organise regular internal and external training courses for our employees to ensure they are motivated and up-to-date with the latest technical information. One special point of focus is the qualification and further training of our technicians and installation specialists. In addition to individual induction programs, they also receive regular training. Certification by TÜV NORD CERT to DIN EN ISO 9001 also takes the following into account: continuous improvement, non-conformity prevention, determination and monitoring of quality-related costs, product liability and product safety, establishing the level of staff and customer satisfaction, separate examination of product and process development, interdisciplinary cooperation.

This standard defines all elements required to draft the maintenance instructions for newly installed passenger elevators, goods elevators, small goods lifts, escalators and moving walks.

The quality of the maintenance instructions is a decisive criterion for the maintenance and servicing of elevators. An individual profile of the respective maintenance and repair work for our elevators is drawn up based on the DIN EN 13015.
