DIN ISO 9001

EN ISO 9001 lays out the minimum requirements made of a quality management system (QM system) that an organisation needs to satisfy in order to supply products and services that meet both customer expectations and official specifications.

Reliability, punctuality, flexibility and quality in all areas: these are the central elements of the ATB company philosophy – in brief: a comprehensive quality policy. The stringent requirements made by our customers determine the value of our services. We organise regular internal and external training courses for our employees to ensure they are motivated and up-to-date with the latest technical information. One special point of focus is the qualification and further training of our technicians and installation specialists. In addition to individual induction programs, they also receive regular training. Certification by TÜV NORD CERT to DIN EN ISO 9001 also takes the following into account: continuous improvement, non-conformity prevention, determination and monitoring of quality-related costs, product liability and product safety, establishing the level of staff and customer satisfaction, separate examination of product and process development, interdisciplinary cooperation.

VMA - Specialist companies for elevators

The certificate from the Association of Medium-Sized Elevator Companies is awarded to VMA organisations that implement the respective quality standards defined for elevator construction and operation.

The VMA is an association for elevator companies and only represents their interests but also acts as a platform upon which experiences can be exchanged. As a member company, ATB adapted its organisation several years ago and implements the voluntary specifications of the association. This includes a 24h emergency service and also the deployment of skilled workers, a guaranteed long-term spare parts supply and the independence and autonomy of the company. The quality standards of the VMA in particular are a point of reference and standard to which we adhere. We want to deliver the required quality to our customers. Anyone seeking to install an elevator today needs a partner whose competence and flexibility he can completely rely on - from the planning stage through realisation of the project and the after-sales service.

DIN EN 13015

This standard defines all elements required to draft the maintenance instructions for newly installed passenger elevators, goods elevators, small goods lifts, escalators and moving walks.

The quality of the maintenance instructions is a decisive criterion for the maintenance and servicing of elevators. An individual profile of the respective maintenance and repair work for our elevators is drawn up based on the DIN EN 13015.
